Alex Marshall joined Genesis in March of 2020 working primarily on recruitment for Digital Transformation, Agile Project Management, SAP Implementation, and other high-level technology-based projects for clients in both the public and private sector. In 2021, he expanded his efforts in his current role as Business Development Manager, focusing on a full range of BD activities such as: opportunity pipeline development, qualification and capture, partnership and teaming, proposal compliance and support and project management. He also continues to lead and support recruiting efforts for US and LATAM based clients.

 

Prior to joining Genesis, Alex worked full time as a Real Estate Agent in Richmond, VA matching residential buyers with their dream homes, helping investors expand their real estate portfolios, and providing consulting services to buyers and sellers in the local real estate market. He has traveled internationally to over 40 countries and brings his passion for expanding the multicultural workforce to Team Genesis.

 

Alex holds a BS in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Business Management and Marketing from Radford University. He is a certified SAFe Agilist 5.0 striving to expand his knowledge and experience in both the Agile and SAP space.  He is dedicated to the continuous pursuit of professional and personal improvement and is committed to achieving collaborative success with Team Genesis.

 

Currently residing in Richmond VA, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking epic meals over a fire, and traveling internationally as much as possible with his daughter.
