Before transitioning to consulting, Amy spent nearly a decade working directly for the Florida Department of Education’s Division of Early Learning, where she spearheaded large-scale system modernization efforts. As a project manager and business analyst team leader, she successfully guided teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects were delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. Her ability to navigate complex government structures and drive process improvements made her an invaluable asset in shaping more efficient and effective systems.
 
In her current role, Amy leads teams in implementing technology solutions that enhance financial management, streamline operations, and optimize business processes. She is highly skilled in gap analysis, business process mapping, and user acceptance testing, ensuring that both technical and operational needs are met.
