Summary:

 

On April 11, 2018, Genesis was selected as a Prime Vendor on the Services for Enabling Agile Delivery (SEAD) BPA. This multiple award BPA has an estimated five-year value of $300 Million dollars and serves as a DHS-wide solution furthering Agile best practices and solutions. The BPA includes hands-on coaching services, design, and modern development techniques to improve the knowledge and expertise of Agile principles and practices.

The Department of Homeland Security established a Services for Enabling Agile Delivery (SEAD) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle to provide consulting services for Agile principles and practices.  The BPA provides hands-on coaching services, design, and modern development techniques to improve the knowledge and expertise of Agile principles and practices.

 

The three levels of Agile coaching provided in the scope include:

• Enterprise Coaching: Services that assist in organizational and cultural change as a result of adopting Agile principles and practices.

• Process Coaching: Services that focus on Agile processes and practices at the team or program level.

• Technical Coaching: Services to promote repeatable, sustainable and maintainable solutions for the continuous delivery of software.
