An MBA graduate and certified in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), and Change Management (PROSCI OCM), Don combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership.

Currently serving as a Senior Change Management Strategist at Genesis Consulting Partners, Don leads transformative initiatives for the Florida Department of Children and Families and General Services Administration (GSA). He develops and executes data-driven strategies to ensure smooth adoption of system changes for over five million beneficiaries. His impactful efforts include a 60% response rate on agency-wide readiness assessments and leading organizational readiness activities critical to modernization efforts.

Previously, during his tenure at Herdt Consulting, Don managed OCM efforts for NAVSEA’s SAP deployment, supporting 26,000+ users globally. He developed playbooks, communication plans, and readiness tools, showcasing his ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes. His surveys informed leadership decisions, improved stakeholder engagement, and fostered sustained change adoption.
