An Agile project is like sewing a new dress: you have to try it on and make alterations along the way to ensure the end result is a perfect fit! 

Donna Snyder is a servant leader, coach, and is passionate about mentoring women in business as well as in her community.

Donna came to Genesis in 2021 with 10 years of Agile experience. She started her journey by helping launch an Agile transformation for her previous employer as a Scrum Master for multiple teams. She quickly “caught the agile bug” and enjoyed guiding teams toward self-organization and coaching other Scrum Masters to lead their own successful teams.

After 5 years of working directly with development teams, she helped the company adopt Solution SAFe and moved into a Release Train Engineer role where she ran a highly functioning 13 team Agile Release Train, acquired her SPC, and trained other RTEs for four other trains.

Donna’s enthusiasm shows when running ceremonies as RTE or in class as an instructor. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling in the RV, and sewing (especially dresses and accessories for her annual trips to Disney World!)
