James Pasco is a senior Management and IT Consultant at Genesis, with over 14 years of experience helping organizations optimize business processes, modernize technology solutions, and improve organizational structures. He specializes in driving strategic transformation efforts across federal and state agencies, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor who rapidly identifies challenges, translates complex requirements, and delivers practical, lasting solutions.

James’ expertise spans business strategy, organizational change management, business process reengineering, systems analysis, and technology-enabled transformation. He has successfully led modernization initiatives for agencies including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Department of the Treasury, Department of the Interior, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Transportation. His work often involves integrating agile methodologies, collaboration platforms, and knowledge management solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

James is a Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) and an SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University (Cum Laude) and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management from George Mason University. He is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the national honor society for public administration.
