Lênon Guimarães Alipio is a AI Practice Lead at Genesis Consulting, with over a decade of experience in Data Science, Architecture, and MLOps. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse industries — including Retail, Insurance, Finance, and Intelligence — leading AI-driven initiatives that optimize decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.

Lênon has extensive expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions, from data engineering and governance to advanced analytics and machine learning automation. Prior to joining Genesis, he held key roles at Palantir Technologies, Nubank, and Itaú Unibanco, where he spearheaded data-driven transformations, leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. He holds an MSc in Statistics from USP and an MBA in Big Data Analytics, complementing his technical background with a strategic business perspective.

His work has ranged from developing AI-powered risk models that improved credit underwriting accuracy to leading large-scale cloud migrations that modernized data ecosystems. His experience also includes Fraud Detection, Model Validation, Retail Inventory Optimization, and Financial Data Strategy, always with a focus on delivering tangible impact.

Beyond his work in data and AI, Lênon has a deep passion for cinema, having studied screenwriting and directing in his spare time. He enjoys discovering hidden gems in the film world, always on the lookout for unique storytelling and unconventional narratives.
