Miranda Breitenfield
Federal Delivery Lead
Miranda Breitenfield is an experienced program manager, project manager, and people leader of teams working on highly complex Travel & Expense implementations.
Miranda has 20 years of business analyst and IT project management experience. The majority of Miranda's career has been managing large implementations of both custom and SaaS IT solutions. Miranda managed the requirements, design, and deployment of custom solutions supporting the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 program as a DoD contractor, before moving into the T&E space. Miranda joined SAP Concur's Federal team implementing federal government agencies HHS, IBC, SBA, and FERC onto ConcurGov as part of the ETS2 program. She then spent many years leading implementations of SAP Concur's largest Premium customers onto SAP Concur's commercial product, most prominently EY, Goldman Sachs, Mastercard, Northrop Grumman, Coca-Cola, and BP, just to name a few. Miranda was thrilled to join Genesis Consulting to support the GSA's ETSNext Program Management Office for the third generation of online federal government travel.
Miranda holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology from Christopher Newport University, Project Management from the University of Virginia, and a master’s degree of Public Administration from George Mason University.
Miranda resides in Prince Frederick, Maryland, with her husband and two daughters. She is an exceptionally proud military spouse with a deep drive for supporting her US Air Force community across the globe. Her family's favorite duty location was their years spent in Anchorage, Alaska, while stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER).
