Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC was recently awarded a contract supporting the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, doing business as LYNX, which provides fixed route bus and transit service seven days a week for Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties and the City of Orlando.
As ridership continues to grow towards pre-COVID levels, LYNX recognizes its need to keep up with technology demands to make its back office and operations more automated and agile. Genesis Consulting will provide management consulting by analyzing and advising LYNX leadership on best of breed EPR and HCM cloud solutions to meet the vision and goals of LYNX. As the agency continues to look for ways to become more efficient and effective in serving the public transit needs of the community, it is critically important to have integrated enterprise applications that are scalable and resilient. Genesis Consulting will provide expertise in the selection of new enterprise applications, office productivity solutions and employee portals.
Genesis will ultimately help the agency develop a solicitation process that will attract best-of-breed applications and providers in support of a remote workplace and with the ability to scale quickly to changing needs of the agency and its community.
Genesis Consulting continues to expand its presence and value to the State of Florida as it was also awarded a multi-year contract with the Florida Department of Management Services, which supplements our Staff Augmentation contract with the State. Genesis also provides technical staffing and consulting services for Broward County Public Schools. LYNX was able to leverage Genesis’s State of Florida Management Consulting Contract through a cooperative purchasing agreement.
